Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after the order is placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number within 1 working day via email.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order (such as address corrections or item updates), you must contact us at support@rozalure.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
